We understand your risk as customers because you have to trust us in advance that we will deliver the quality as promised. In order to address your concerns, Sage Languages is committed to offering a translation service guarantee that is simple and unambiguous.

If, within 30 calendar days of receiving the translation, edited document or write-up, you are not satisfied with the quality of our translation services or other services:

  1. We are allowed the opportunity to work with you to rectify the situation;
  2. In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied with our performance, we will return to you the fees charged, or a portion thereof you believe is fair and reasonable.

We are confident of offering the service guarantee because of the experience and expertise we have developed in handling complex multilingual projects over the last 20 years, and our unwavering commitment to deliver satisfaction through meaningful consultation and active collaboration with our customers.
